The app is pretty good. Although it does have its bugs of crashing out the app

I’ve been using this app for a few months. It’s great but there are a few issues. Seems like the map isn’t up-to-date. Sometimes it’ll send you to different addresses that aren’t even close to what was scanned into the app. This happens often. The only other issue I’ve had, is once you optimize and have to scan another package; you have to optimize again and it completely changes your route. I typically organize my load based on my route but if I have to optimize again and the load is packed, I have to completely reload my packages. Wish there was a fix.

This’s cannot show the correct address for IOS. Android is fine.It’s happening started yesterday. I already update. Can you fix it for me? Because I use this app for everyday. It’s really useful for me.please.

Confuso

I was using the very first version of the app and was very happy with that, but updated a couple days ago and new version is terrible. So frustrated! Why is it so difficult? Why the pop-up window does not showing apparent number? Why the main dark moud is not working with the app? Why to make dark moud I should go to settings every time? The dark moud map colors are terrible! Give me old version of the app please!

I really like this application. It makes it very easy to set up 100’s of addresses and find an Efficient fast route to get my guys there.

Podrían agregar search box y sin ir ala página donde se usa para múltiples direcciones para hacer más fácil el agregar cada stop ala ruta que hago conservar lo de múltiples direcciones para los que lo usan

Es una aplicación muy completa solo quisiera saber si se pudiera compartir las rutas con otro usuario que tenga la misma app sería de gran ayuda he intentado pero no he podido.

Does not choose the fastest and closest routes it will take you back and forth wasting time, gas and money this is ridiculous.

Ive been using this app about two months ago. It works ok. Sometimes it wont read 3 or 4 addresses from package and I have to re route. Is this a bug? Is anyone having the same problem?

This app is misleading in their “tiers”. If you pay top dollar, you have unlimited deliveries, but there is zero option to share or assign routes to multiple drivers. Even our SMALL company, isn’t going to pay monthly fees for our five drivers…. Who had to use their own iTunes accounts to access. What a train wreck.

TLDR: More Customization Scanner & Improve Route Optimization! I’ve been using this app every day for the 7 day trial and so far I can say it does what it needs to do just fine, what really sold me was the barcode scanning but just needs a few more customization options/features. For the QR scanner options to: -Toggle for “Quick Scanning” basically skipping the add button -Toggle or maybe just being forced to ignore UPC/128 Codes, basically anything other than a TEXT QR Code containing an address which will get rid of “this does not contain an address” prompt for quicker scanning Better Exporting: Selectable options like including tracking number or exporting only addresses. Built-in Map Navigation (a possible separate paid option from the subscriptions?) Also now that I remember while writing this review, the Optimization seems like it could be fine tuned since it seems to like to take me in circles with stops on the same street but on different sides of the road as if there is a “right side only/first” which really adds a lot of unnecessary travel. This does get very annoying and I basically export the route to a different application just to get better Optimization.

The older version was fine… I don’t like the stacks on the stars how can I change it back ?

You download the app and immediately it asks you to purchase the “pro” and won’t let you use any of the features

I use this app on my iPad six days a week and I love, it would be awesome if I could only use a Bluetooth scanner to scan the shipping labels instead of using the camera lens!!!. NETUM 2D barcode scanner reader, wireless and Bluetooth connection. Also where I could multi scan address add the all at once. That would be very convenient. Thank you!

When I input address, city, state, anything, it doesn’t search. The address remains as is and doesn’t recognize anything I put into search bar. Cannot add destinations to even use app?

First day using the app and it seemed ok but I had about 8 stops in one community and it brought me in and out about 3 times. For some reason it took me out to do a delivery then back in for 2 more deliveries then out for 2, then back in. Me and the security guard became best friends in 1 day I saw him so much. I never had an app make that mistake more than once at the same place. Please update that. Another thing was when I optimized my route and I had non corresponding numbers all down the page. That throws me off and I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to skip around or do the stops in order as they were. It said 42, 6, 19, 4, 48...etc... That makes no sense to tell me numbers on the side if that’s not the order I should drive the route. Please make it simple and put the numbers in order as people count...1,2,3,4,5... I don’t get that part at all numbers out of order. Please fix. I’ll update as I try the app out a little more... N shout to my boyy the security guard at the lumber yard...lol

Not happy with deception on the yearly subscription

I love this app but the only issue I’m having as a fedex driver is the app isnt optimizing very well a lot of back tracking

I used it to deliver some gifts to customers and it was super helpful. It was easy to load and follow. HOWEVER, I needed only the moth subscription and have been unable to get that fixed. They want to charge me for A year for 1 days use!

Downloaded and wasted several hours trying to figure out how to use the app. Please let us know where to find tutorials.

New review: I am done. Everyday this app separates the last address out from a group of addresses so that i have to return to a gated community that is now out of the way. Everyday i submit feedback to the developers and they seem to not care. I am DONE and cannot stress what hot garbage and a time waster this app is. Old review: it is soooo much better at organizing destinations that i felt i HAD to update my review. It will still have you blow past a stop right next to another, but it has improved so much and i find it a valuable tool as a usps letter carrier. Old review: It helps organize the parcels destinations, but not much. If you know the area, you can do better with a pen and paper and a few minutes.

I signed up for the full version on October 6th. The charge would be $6.49 and it would not be billed until October 9. I needed it the next day. It said I had to wait three days for the full version. This meant that for the free trial you could only put in a limited number of routes per day, I had 149 routes! So I ended up canceling the same day. Woke up a few days later to find that my $10 in iTunes was gone. UPDATE: The missing money has been returned. Also, It would be nice if you could offer to waive the free trial once you purchase the full version.

The app is great, the customer support better. I love it. I’d love even more if they aloud us to do more then 200 destinations on it.

It is really hard to use this ap now been using it flr 3 years now it only shows marks on map no name for the streets

Have no idea if this is usable or not, can’t even try it without paying. Appears each address has to be manually entered in the phone...

Was the best app. Don't update. Update forced mandatory fees of unknown amount. Deleted. Contacted developer. Update said minor fixes. What happened is that it now is full fee only. Zero stars

They make the app free but once you open it you can’t do anything without a subscription. Waste of time. Use Route4Me for a free version.

Bought app and was told the purchase would ensure me full support. Now customer service is saying they switch to monthly premium. This is false advertisement that’s is not what I paid for! Restore full support to existing users. People who already paid for your subscription should not be forced to pay again! Their website still mentions that this app is “one time low cost”!!

I work for FedEx, having to do about 120 stops a day. When switching from the app to the map, by clicking in the address, it sent me, more than 5 times, to the wrong place. Literally just clicking at the saved address in the app, it would send me two miles off, I lost about a 15% in service this past friday, and it might cost me, not maybe my job because is the first time that I use the app and also the first time I fall behind so much in delivery time, but I will have to hear the big bosses tomorrow. Extremely frustrated and mad at myself for trusting in a not well working app.

Love this app, use it everyday I color code stops that are time sensitive which makes life so much easier. Wish they would let you change the color from your list of stops also instead of just from the map.

Purchased Route 5 years ago, The dual row of number is not a really good update. Let’s fix it and it should be greater!

Bought this app when it first came out and it’s been great I use it everyday. Now I’m having to pay for the subscription??? What’s the point of buying the app for them to turn around and charge you again?? Not cool

Was a great app until you’re forced into Route pro or keep the 10 free spots I paid the 8 dollar subscription two years ago and it gave me 150 with out any more payments

When I first discovered this app in the App Store, I downloaded it and loved it. The app works great and met all my needs. I then chose to take it advantage of their lifetime subscription and paid for it, after I used the app for a while I got an email saying that they were discontinuing the lifetime subscription and they would grant me an additional six months but after that I would have to start paying either monthly or yearly, given no choice I continue to use the app for six more months, today I open the app to use it and it will not let me use it so I had to pay for another monthly subscription even though I originally a purchased a lifetime subscription. I sent an email letting them know of my disappointment during this COVID-19 epidemic in the fact that I was struggling for work in the first place. My email was polite and professional but stated my concerns, I receive an email back that started out being professional and then it ended with the following statement which I find extremely rude and signifies to me that this company doesn’t care what their customers think or feel,all they care about is their money because they made it very clear that no matter what type of review I post they have a mechanism to have it removed? I found this company deceitful and dishonest and I would recommend spending your money on any other route software, this company will not support you even though you pay for the product. Best routing app I've seen. Although I wish I could color code a stop on the destinations page instead of just the map page. Is there a way to do that? It would make it so much easier to use. Thanks for this valuable tool!

Difficult to understand and they want to charge you a monthly fee? Rubbish.

I have been using this app for over a year and it just gets better!!

My first experience using this app was great was done ahead of my shift and other employees with it recalculating my routes with those closer to me and then those further out. I had to give three stars today because it jeopardized my job sending me way out when I had packages not even miles away first. Instead of it sending me close first it sent me 11 miles out first. Hopefully this is fixed fast.
